Chaitanya S. Katterapalli, MS
Ms. Katterapalli serves as a Senior Computing Specialist at ACHI and is
involved with data analysis, data management, application development, and
maintenance. Prior to joining UAMS, she worked as a Senior Programmer at Arkansas Blue Cross
and Blue Shield, as a software engineer at Applied Materials, Inc.,
and as a computing consultant for the Lear Corporation. Ms. Katterapalli has a
MS in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and a MS in Chemical
Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
Dilan Pinidiya, MEd, MS
Mr. Pinidiya is a data programmer/analyst at ACHI where he has contributed
SAS programming expertise on several projects. Mr. Pinidiya has experience in
several programming languages and in statistical analyses of large databases. He
has worked on numerous research collaborations including Medicaid, managed care,
and primary care initiatives. He received his Master's of Education degree from
Southern Arkansas University (SAU) at Magnolia, Arkansas (1995), and his Master's
of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Arkansas at
Little Rock (UALR) at Little Rock, Arkansas (1997).
Jennifer Shaw, MAP
Jennifer Shaw joined ACHI in February 2004 as a Research Associate in the
area of Health Data and Statistics. She received a Master's of Applied Psychology
degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2000 with an emphasis
in experimental methodology and design. Jennifer is presently seeking a Master's
of Public Health degree in Biostatistics from the University of Arkansas for
Medical Sciences. She also has an adjunct faculty appointment at the University
of Arkansas for Little Rock and currently teaches undergraduate statistics.
Most of Jennifer’s research experience is in the area of pediatric health
services research. She has served as Project Coordinator for various studies
related to respiratory illness, traumatic injury, and birth defects at Arkansas
Children’s Hospital. Jennifer received the Southern Society for Pediatric
Research Travel Award in 2001 for her presentation of appropriate diagnostic
code usage in pediatric hospitals and in 2003 for her presentation of
respiratory responsiveness and hospital admission/relapse. In addition, she has
presented at the Association for Behavior Analysis International Conference and
has co-authored publications in Neurotoxicology and Teratology and Ambulatory
Pediatrics.
