In addition to core support currently provided by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, the Arkansas Department of Health, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Arkansas Children's Hospital, and Delta Dental of Arkansas, past support includes a Challenge Grant from the Thomas A. and Dolores F. Bruce Endowment Fund of the Arkansas Community Foundation.  Because of ACHIs unique contributions to the state, the Winthrop Rockefeller Charitable Trust also provided ACHI with major financial support, which expired in 2007.

Building on the generous and unencumbered investment made by corporate and philanthropic contributions, ACHI has demonstrated a significant return on investment, not only in funding for the Center, but also in leveraged economic growth for the state.
